It actually helps me cope when a third party shares her perspective so I know it's not just me. I take things day by day and some are better than others. Lately, I was very angry and today I felt depressed because he was there. I need to be hypnotized to forget him. He caused me unbelievable pain and disappointment, I just hate days like this when I wish I could have changed his mind somehow.
