Facebook Breakups Cause Anxiety
I was reading an interesting article about “Excessive Chatting on Facebook…” Any form of compulsive communication regarding past romantic disappointments can lead to depression and anxiety. A study was taken of 83 girls aged around 13, interviewed a variety of questions then contacted a year later determining if they had signs of depression. Obsessing about problems can lead to high anxiety, especially at such a young age.

Obsession=anxiety at any age!
Hello OCD’s?
It shouldn’t take a study to tell people what should be common sense. Any compulsive obsession can lead to anxiety. And really, how couldn’t it?! If that’s all you ever think about it takes it’s tole. Eat right. Exercise. All this helps build a healthy body. And more importantly, a healthy mind. Which is where all that pain in the ass obsession crap comes from anyway
@gt_nygirl I agree with you why question 13 yr old girls they are just kids, just becoming teenagers, their hormones are not even mature enough to make any kind of sensible decisions and at that age everything is overly dramatized so anything can cause anxiety. That study was retarded.
