Do you ever lay in bed at night and wonder what the future will be like? Who you will be with? kids? job? family? friends?
Life seems to be going by so fast these days, in the present I think to myself “Why isn’t it the weekend yet?” but then when the weekend is here it passes in an instant. “I wish there was a whole month of weekends.” Too much to ask? Probably. The saying, “time flies when you’re having fun” is definitely the case, but why does time have to go so fast. Time is funny. We save time, spend time, waste time, watch time, etc. Time is not just a figure it’s an object that we use and take for granted.
“If only we could bottle the moments that we cherish and relive them as we please.” 11 weeks until graduation…where did the time go? I’ve heard people tell me that there is nothing to look forward about when you get older, past 21 nothing is exciting. Did you ever notice that when you ask someone how old they are they dramatically answer, “Too old.” People worry too much about their age. Aging is a part of life and goes along with time. Personally I think when younger people respond with, “too old” it’s because they want to feel authority and less like a young adult, possibly seeking more responsibility?…Who knows?
Say I live to 100. I’ve already lived 21% of my life, most of which was spent in school. Now what to do with the 79 yrs left?
“We all have a destiny and things happen for a reason the question is, When will we know when we get there?“
